Refund Policy

Refunds reviewed case-by-case

UtilizeXai, operated by UtilizeXAI, reviews every refund request individually. All refund requests are investigated for approval depending on the circumstance, and approval is not guaranteed. We consider factors such as the reason for the request, the time elapsed since purchase, the amount of usage on your account (e.g. AI scans / credits consumed), and any indication of misuse or fraud.

Requests are more likely to be approved when made promptly after purchase, when the Service has not been substantially used, or when there is a clear technical or billing issue on our side.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, contact UtilizeXAI through the in-app support channel with your account email, the order or subscription in question, and the reason for your request. We will investigate and respond with a decision.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you will keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation alone is not a refund — if you also want a refund for the most recent charge, you must submit a refund request, which will be reviewed on the basis above.

Non-refundable situations

Refund requests may be denied where, for example: the account has consumed a significant portion of the included AI scans or credits, the request is made well after the purchase date, the account has violated our Terms, or the charge has already been the subject of a completed chargeback or prior refund.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights you have under applicable law (for example EU/UK distance-selling withdrawal rights). Where local law gives you a longer or stronger right, that right applies.
